Day Three of “Building An AI Platform” — my new development project to deliver an AI software platform. Today I’ve been listing my features and applying MoSCoW prioritisation to get the features that will be in the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) release of the AI platform. I put the features in a simple two-column spreadsheet and assigned colour-coded MoSCoW against each feature. The Must-have’s will go into the MVP.

Actually, one of the Could-have features in the list is an AI feature that will generate the features list and automatically apply the prioritisation. So, that’s a feature that I’m looking forward to in a future release.

And so that’s it for day three. The features are selected that will go into the Wow Bang Boom AI Platform MVP.
