Day Two of “Building An AI Platform” — my new development project to deliver an AI software platform. Today has been all about defining a framework for how I’m going to manage my project, at least at a high-level. I find that building an action plan gives my project a structure that I can work to, at least before I make a more detailed project plan later on.

To that end, I’ve broken down my project into 9 steps:
